Every Caseback Club shirt is printed to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for you, which is why the garments are what they are — and also why we are a few days slower than a company shipping off a shelf.
PRODUCTION
3 to 5 business days to print and pack.
DELIVERY
3 to 5 business days in transit within the US. Most orders arrive 6 to 10 business days after you place them.
Shipping is free within the United States. We do not ship internationally yet.
RETURNS
If a shirt turns up damaged, misprinted, or simply not what you ordered, email us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you. A photo speeds things up considerably.
Because every shirt is made for you after you order it, we cannot take back a correctly printed shirt you have changed your mind about. Please check the size chart first.
SIZING
The Comfort Colors 1717 is a relaxed, boxy cut. If you are between sizes and want it closer to the body, size down.
